At Vuinn (vuinn.com), we aim to maintain total transparency in all in-app digital purchases and creator support transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or billing adjustments are issued.
If your bank or payment provider debits your account during a purchase (such as buying a creator event ticket or badge) but the digital feature fails to unlock due to a network error, the transaction will automatically auto-reverse back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
If a host cancels a paid ticketed live broadcast prior to the stream starting, 100% of the ticket purchase price will be automatically refunded back to your account.
Virtual gifts, badges already delivered, and creator tips sent during live broadcasts are non-refundable once successfully delivered.
